Area Tourism

Around the Hartbeespoort Dam one finds numerous activities and tourist attractions. The area is visited during the weekends by the inhabitants of the Gauteng cities of Pretoria and Johannesburg as well as an increasing amount of international tourists. Water sport, curio shopping, golf (10 courses within 40 min. drive), game spotting or exploring the wild are amongst the most popular ways of passing time here.
